Firstly, thanks so much BubHub for this section!!! YAY!
Okay, my question for the experts.....
My bub sometimes will have 5 bottles of about 200-230mls a day....
Then other days like TODAY and YESTERDAY, he will only drink about 130ml 4 times and then maybe a 200-230ml bottle before bed.
I'm worried that he isnt getting enough? Should I let him guide me, and if he refuses to drink be happy that he has had enough, or should I keep trying to get the rest into him?
Thanks so much!

Thats fine hun :)
Your going to find somedays he hardly has anything & others he just wont stop !
He will have what he needs & no more, no less.
The only time you need to worry that he isnt having enough is if he hasnt had enough wet nappies or he becomes very lethargic & isnt his normal self.
Your doing well :hugs:
dont worry he will let u know if he is hungry lol,

Dear Mischief,
A baby’s formula / breast milk intake is likely vary from time to time, and can be related to changes in their energy output (including amount of crying!), sleep pattern, hotter vs cooler days and their growth spurts.
I would avoid forcing, or strongly encouraging, your baby to finish bottles or take an extra feed if they clearly don’t want it – as this can lead to bigger problems. Consider your baby’s total intake over a 24-48 hour period instead of focusing on individual feeds.
Watch out for signs of hydration (eg. fewer wet nappies, orange particles in the urine) and see your doctor if baby’s fluid intake significantly decreases.
