Dribbles ... Wet Bib ... Rash

I have a 7 month old son who has started teething (one tooth through), but he has always been a dribbler. He has started to get an irritation rash under his chin from his bib/t-shirt. I bought some Paw Paw ointment this afternoon from the chemist, and got the feeling the chemist thought I was not using the right product.

Does anyone have the same problem with the irritation rash ... and what do you use?

Note - I do regularly change bib and t-shirt so its not a neglect issue ...

hi my son has the same and i use egoderm cream and it cleared it up nice and quick i just put it on after his bath leave his pj off for a little then it all good... it smells horrible but it is good.... i wold ask the pharmist or dr okies hope thats a little help...

I was suggested Paw Paw ointment for the same reason and it seemed to work. I also just kept changing bibs and clothes to keep it as dry as possible. Any barrier cream should work because it is stopping the moisture.

I also used talc powder on a cloth breast pad and just wiped it under the chin
