Where could my blue folder be?

I can't find a blue folder that contains plastic sleeves with basketball cards in them from around15-20 years ago.

Can anyone feel where I might have placed it.

Also missing disc's of photo editing program. I love this program and want to put it on my laptop but I have turned the house upside down looking for both these items.
