Help Worms!!!

My son recently had his appendix rupture and then removed, when we went back to the post op appointment to my horror :eek:I was told he had pin worm. I know this is common and very normal but........

Anyway does anyone know of what I can use that is natural/non chemical base but also effective.

I am pregnant and breast feeding and other than that alway try my best to stear clear of non natural stuff.

Any help would be fantastic.
