Hi All,
As you can tell, I have just joined up! Just wanted to share with you my hopes of falling pregnant again, using our frozen embryos. I am starting clomid tomorrow, so hopefully the transfer will be around sept 12th. Does anyone have any success stories using frozen embryos??
I am a little scared and undecided about the whole idea of having another baby; purely to the problems after DS birth. Anyways...thats another story!!

Hi Ally,

Unfortunately, I don't personally have any success stories with frozen embryos, however, I myself am about to start my first cycle of clomid as I have PCOS.

I just wanted to wish you lots of luck and send you heaps of baby dust!

:hugs: :hugs:

Thanks Bradysmum, I am glad you got your little miracle. He is gorgeous. It is really exciting going for no 2, but a little scary too! :) I am sure it will work out just fine. I cant wait to have a little brother or sister for DS. He LOVES other babies. I sure will keep you posted!

Hi Luvbub,
I dont know of any personally successfull or unsuccessful fet, but the stats are only a little lower than on a fresh. I say go for it and know that you have a really good chance of conception. I dont know your age, but for example i think for my age 29, it might be something like this: fresh transfer 1 in 3 chance and fet 1 in 4. and just from general reading over sites like this, heaps of people do!

I am sure you will get the more responses on the other thread though, love to see you there.:)

Hi Ally

We did IVF and conceived both our boys with a FET. DS1 was even the first transfer. Best of luck with your transfer. :fingerscrossed:

I hope all has gone well with the FET :fingerscrossed: . I am new to this forum and looking at trying for our second miracle (first DS conceived IVF last year) by FET also. I am already nervous about it, but know at least it will be an easier process than the first.

Hi

I have been lucky enough to have great success with FET.

My daughter was conceived on our first FET attempt. 10 months later we did another transfer and now i am pregnant with our son.

Before these successes i wasn't too excited about the FETs as i didn't think they would work - how they do so hang in there. Both of mine were natural FETs.

Good luck

Annie

Annie,
That is so good to hear. I have a doctors appointment later this month, and I guess depending on the doctors availability, I might be lucky enough to go for a FET beginning of November. I just can't wait to be honest.
All the best to you and your beautiful family!
