Baby bonus

Has the baby bonus gone up? maybe its suppose to next year I heard its between $4-4,500??? :confused:

I got a brochure in my little baby showbag from the hospital that said its $3000. Going up to $4000 on 1 July 2006 and then $5000 on 1 July 2008.

There's been a lot of different rumours flying around about this. But i'm pretty sure its still $3000.

Centrelink told me a few weeks ago that it is still $3000. As far as the lady i spoke to knows it increases to $4000 on July 1 2006 then $5000 in 2006, like Trix said :D
A friend of mine was telling me today that she read in a centrelink booklet that it will be $6000 next year!! :confused: Anyone else heard that?

yer i herd some Thing on the radio today sayiny the baby Boom was due to the 4000 I was like WT??
the sites been updated as of Sep something its $3119.00 :)
