BDing every 2nd night???

Hey Ladies!

Just wondering, is it to much to BD every 2nd night? Is that long enough for DH to replenish his stock (so to speak??) Last time we only tried once and it worked, were probably thinking to much about it this time:confused:

Is this bad if your trying to conceive a girl???

dont know about conceving a girl but it does take 3days for his stock to mature so they can fertlise your eggs hope ths helps and good luck

We went every night with our last and we finally got our girl, and that month mind you.:smiliedance: :yelclap:

hi a friend of mine said that her OB/gyne said that for a regular 28d cycle that you bd every 2nd night from day 10 to day 18 so thats what i found out from her.

I also read a book about choose the sex of your baby and it has tips for which ever you like with tming and all that i can give you the name of it if you want.

it is "choose the sex of your baby the natural way" by hazel Chesterman-philips

I found it quiet interesting, i must say that when we were trying for our DD it happened 1st month and i hadnt done any of the things in the book as i thougt it wouldnt happen first month so it didnt work for us that time as for this time we arent trying for one or the other. But the book made sense to me anyway i have seen it around still as i bought mine before we had DD. :wave:

We tried doing what I read in one of the books on how to chose the sex of your baby, but we tried for months and nothing, then when we made sure it happened every night that was the month that we got our little girl.

Just depends on how fast you want to fall, plus you usually have to not try for a few months to figure out when is the best time for what you want.

They say that a mans sperm can stay in your body for up to 72hrs. When we were trying to conceive we were going at it every night and end up with a beautiful girl. Mind you i was following the chinese gender chart which said that i would have a girl if i conceived in October. So i was determined to get pg in october and it was right!! :thumbsup:

My doc told me on a 28 day cycle - days 10,12,14,16,18 only - it worked last time !!!

Its kinda wierd coz with Bailey we just tried on CD15. I wont say anything until this month has passed though coz it really is technically our first month of trying. Last month we didnt really try that hard with dates or anything.
