Just wondering if anyone know when you can turn the car seat around does it depend on their weight?

:detective: You can turn them around at 9kg. But I would check with the manual that came with your car seat first. Or if you dont have it any more do a goggle serarch!

our fisherprice one says you can do it at 8kgs we did it when ds was a few grams off 8kgs (few weeks early lol) our manual also recomends turning it round if the child is too tall in rearward thats partly why we turned ds round :)

It depends on your carseat. Check the manual and turn as close as possible to the maximum weight range given or if their shoulders are above the top strap slots.

We purchased our carseat 'specially because it could stay rearward facing until 12kgs which for DS wasn't until he was well over the age of 1.
