Just after some suggestions on what to try eating, don't have any desire to eat anything at the moment but I know I have too, I've managed some pear (peeled first) and salada crackers with a small amount of cheese and gherkin. All other dairy is tasting like soap, so gross.

Not really after junk food options as it's way to far away to go get any lol but feel free to add them in for other readers :)

I ate popcorn .. although the smell of it cooking made me ill. I made DH cook it then I'd eat it the next day.

Vegemite toast - again, couldn't stand the smell but the taste was good

Ice lollies ... Zooper Doopers actually

Bananas - cut into SMALL pcs - its not so overwhelming in sml bits

Lemonade and Gatorade

GOOD LUCK I hope you find what works for you

Definitely no fast food options here as I find anything with any fat at all horrifying and sickening! Makes me way way worse! There is very little I can stomach but it has to be very fresh and light. I can stomach dry crackers with some cheese and have been ok with a little bit of vegies with cheese sprinkled on top! Lettuce or celery I'm ok with too. Sushi is fine but just the tuna one. All meat makes me sick except this tiny bit of sushi. I can't think of much else really. Most things turn me green. I did manage an iced coffee today cos its so hot! And have even kept it down all day so far!

Thanks everyone, I thought about watermelon this morning but it seemed to sweet, I've just eaten a second pear, hubby tried to give it to me unpealed and I gave him a dirty look lol.

Overitand36, my closet JF place is 4 hrs away, not really an option, not that I feel like it anyway.

Oh BoyCrazy, I have ordered some blackmores ms tablets I'm just waiting for them to be delivered, the chemist here is very understocked all prescriptions get sent to Kalgoorlie. I will see how these tablets go, I think I would have to order bands online.

I found that the more I ate the better I felt, I would start off with a toast with butter early in the morning and I found that helped alot.

Until I got on the zofran at week 9 (sick since week 4 until birth) I found I actually had to change what I ate every day as I would crave something one day then couldn't stomach it the next but my go to items were:

Soda water (gets the burps up)
Any sweet fruit (savory items made me seedy as)
Salty crisps (chips)
Tomato based meatless pasta
Frozen yoghurt (mango)
Fresh pineapple - good for the stomach acid

Sea bands did nothing for me but I had HG so who knows lol

Best wishes hun it's friggin awful!!!

I think I am going to try some kiwi fruit as it's not too sweet and some s&v chips. I've tried rice crackers (sakata) and they were ok for a while but they took on this funny blerh taste and got way to salty.

I just wish I felt like eating *something*

Dinner tonight is a mushroom, chicken pasta dish so I hope that goes down ok, we had tacos last night and they were good.

Oh I know how much it sucks to have no appetite! I wish I could feel hungry for something! I miss food. It all seems the same but of course some things far worse than others! I never knew I could survive on about 200 calories a day until now. Have you tried icey poles?

Corn thins with vegimite & flat coke, with the odd glass of make up cordial & IV fluid.

No I haven't tried icy poles, I have some lemondaide I could freeze. Yeah I know I don't need to eat a lot, I'm feeding DS2 though so I know I need to eat something, plus the nothing in my stomach makes things so much worse.

frozen fruit (from the frozen section at the supermarket - sara lee brand i think) ...

once it subsided a little - I moved onto vegemite on toast and vanilla milkshakes.

corn chips - the traditional unsalted/unflavoured ones. Nice and mild without that disgusting overpowering cheesy flavour :barf:

Cheese and tomato toast or vita weats.
Now I'm craving sweet things/fatty things and it makes everything ten times worse so I'm trying to learn my lesson lol!
Also drank lemonade with fresh lime wedges squeezed in it :)

I was mashed potatoes, plain pasta with maybe the most minute amount of cheese, porridge I could get down happily enough but I always projectile vomited it up - once all over the bathroom wall as I didn't *make it* and toast.

Though I mostly ate bakers delight cheese and olive rolls, every day, it was all I ate most days was two of them, one for breakfast, one for lunch and i often didn't have dinner as I didn't have MORNING sickness, I had morning vomitting and all-day-sickness.

Big surprise I lost weight in my first trimester.

I did however drink heaps of water, occasionally have metamucil as diet didn't really *keep things moving* though i now cannot have orange metamucil as I puked it up so many times that's all I think of when I drink it.

So I took pregnancy multi V to ease my guilt depriving my baby nutrition.

I have been "borrowing" works samples of various hospital grade nutritional drinks lol. I find them okay in small doses. I can't do cups of tea of any kind. I can't keep them down for five minutes.

Lol yeah, I'll admitt listerine does remind me of puking, but not so much. I can't bare the taste of peppermint though, in general, lollies, peppermint chocolate, anything, it reminds me of feeling nauseous - spearmint though is fine

Nothing much for the first 20 weeks :(. A bite or two was all I managed but foods that were okay were stewed apples, manarines and from about 16 weeks I started craving Mums Quiche Lorraine. It was the first thing in months that I kept down.

Now I'm 36 weeks and I keep most things down but I can't eat anything that's overly fatty except sometimes I do manage bacon and eggs but not until I've been up a few hours. Now I wake up, throw up, have crackers with vegemite and if that stays a small bowl of cereal. Then I keep eating every 15 mins to 30 minutes and usually after 2 hours I'm right for the day.

I hope you feel better soon :hugs:

Eating sandwhiches & zooper doopers has helped me so much. I never really ate those two things until m/s kicked in.

Keen to know Sleepless, are you still enjoying the cheese and olive rolls?

Ive never been a fan of porridge, but I found that with a tablespoon or 2 of fruit salad for flavour added really got me through the first few weeks of my pregnancy :)
