Hi Everyone,
Please help with idea's for xmas party this year.
I work from home doing family daycare I have had the same families in care for over 16 months and have bonded well with them all as a small community all the parents and children get along well together and with my family it really is lovely.
Last year DH and I paid for a party for all to attend at our local fun station (play house) We had party food and the children played all afternoon but this was over $200 and this year DH and I are preparing to cut back to one wage for our new baby, money is tight but I'd love to celebrate with my children in care and their family but on a budget I don't want the parents to feel let down compared to last year :(
Any one have any suggestions?
I could have a sausage sizzle at ther park and have lollie bags for kids?
or
I could buy each child a small gift say 10 dollars each and have a little xmas craft day/party everyday leading up to xmas
(so that all children get a turn) ? :noel:
if we have a party there will be at least 11 children and 10 or so adults (so don't want all that at home)
if I buy individual gifts at $10-15 their will be 7 children (as I wouldn't include siblings that don't attend care)
Suggestions PLEASE....:santa:
