Hi :wave:

DH has been transferred for work and we are moving out in the first week of January...

Are there any hubbers out there? I will be a SAHM but my DS will be starting year 1, and my DD2 will be staying home with me :yes:

Looking for a playgroup/mums group in the area?

I did a years stint out at Dalby, and from memory theres a few playgroups - one at the big church on the main street (St Johns?) and theres also MOPS playgroup once a week. At the child health care centre theres lots of pamphlets and things and even the dalby maternity hospital has a list of all the playgroups out there. Good luck :santa:

I just saw this post. I live in Dalby. My DD#2 is in year one this year.

Hi! My husband is in the process of being transferred to Dalby too! Did you move? I have never been there! But I hear its nice :)

I don't know anyone who lives there either, I am a SAHM to one 20 month old girl :)

We just got confirmation that hubby got the job out there, just waiting to clear up all the red tape! Hoping to move out there early June, or sooner! Glad to hear that you are loving it, I get a bit nervous when I remember I am moving to a place I've never been!

Have you been to any of the networking mothers meetings? I plan to meet up with other mums through the network when we arrive. I found an email address on the dalby website, I emailed one lady and she was super lovely :) :wave:

I haven't been to a networking mothers meeting, although I have heard of them :yes: I pretty much keep to myself, and I have met some nice ladies through my DS's school :yes:
