hey girls AF is here witch is a good thing for now as my last period was 27th of june!!! ok i want to start doing temps whats the best way to do this when should i start(tomorrow) whats a good thomuter to use to get my temps? where can i buy a good one from? how much? omg i cant wait to start doing temps! hope this is my month!!!

You can get a basal (BBT) thermometer at any good chemist. You should be able to get one for around $20 (get a digital with two decimal place readout). Take your temps before getting out of bed in the morning. You can start any time you like, but at the beginning of a cycle (like you are) is the best. All the best - its lots of fun. I'm addicted to charting now!

Go to www.fertilityfriend.com - it will answer all the question you have. I use the tool they provide to do my charts and find it great.
I got my thermometer from Lullaby Conceptions - www.lullabyconceptions.com - that would give you an idea of the price you should pay but you won't have time to order through them to start - I'd definitely recommend starting asap. It will probably take a cycle or two to get to know what is happening.
