Hi Every one,
I am new here and would really really like to hear from any one else who was lucky enough to fall straight after coming off the pill.

I was on levlen ED for 9 years I stoped last month, mid cycle (naughty, but couldn't wait any longer:shame: ). Last AF started 2nd Aug... Is hard to tell when Im supposed to be due since coming of BCP. Assuming 28 day cycle I would have been due Wed just gone.... My cycles were 28 days before I went onto Pill.

I have been experiencing sore BB's... just the nipples, its like they have been hard for a week now, have to wear my sports bra every where. (TMI Sorry)... Im terribly tired, could almost fall asleep at my desk at work, I dont ever remember being tired like this. Funny appetite, on and off. Have a cold that has been trying to surface for a few weeks now. Hot at night time. Last night I had what I thought was going to be AF pains but never came. I have done two HPT's, last one this morning, both BFN's...

I would really like to hear of other simillar stories, most of all the symptoms and if they ended up being AF or BFP......!

Thanks Ladies.

Kristabelle:fingerscrossed:

Hi Kristabelle  ,

I got pregnant while I was on the pill. I was on the pill for a few years and got a bit careless during my honeymmon and was blessed with a beautiful DD. On the cycle I got pregnant, when I got to the sugar pills my AF didnt start. I did a HPT that came up BFN but then a week later I did another one and came up BFP. I was very tired for a few weeks and had sore BB's from the time of the missed period.

Try a HPT again in a few days if AF doesnt show. If its still negative you may want to see your GP for a blood test (they are more accurate). It is common for cycles to be longer than normal when first comming off the pill so AF may be late.

:fingerscrossed: for you. Hope you get a BFP!!! :smiliedance:
Good Luck.

I agree with this. My cycles were about 4 days longer than normal for the first couple of months coming off the pill.

Hey Kristabelle,

I took my last pill on 28th April, and started my 'period' on 2nd May. A couple of weeks after that I started getting symptoms - tiredness, nausea, sore bbs etc. I wondered whether I was pregnant, but convinced myself (after reading on the internet) that it was just my body getting over the pill - apparently some people have very similar symptoms to pregnancy when their bodies are coming off the pill.

Anyway, I did a test a few days before my period was due and it was negative, but I then did another one on the day my period was due (30th May if i'd gone back to having a 28 day cycle), which was positive !!!

My partner and I were very shocked, but SO happy. So it is possible.

I hope you get your BFP, and if not this month, then soon  :fingerscrossed:

Good luck,
Sarah
