Ok so my daughters 2nd birthday has snowballed into a huge event :o
There are now 26 kids and about 40 adults.
HELP !!!!!!
I have NO IDEA what to feed these people !!
Its from 10 - 12 pm so most prep needs to be done on Thurs or Fri
We are having it in an indoor playground which has a fridge and thats about it. I could possibly take a microwave if I need to.
At home we have a sml oven that I could cook things in but they would have to be done on the Friday....and stored overnight.
Can someone PLEASE PLEASE help me with some ideas - I am the worlds worst cook. :chef:
I could really order pizzas and pasta but that would be a last resort ..
TIA

Easy its not even a full meal.
Mixed plates of sandwiches, dips with crackers and vege sticks, cheese platter, some rice crackers, bowl of chips, air popped popcorn, individual jellys in plastic cups, fruit platter/kebabs, cold slices of pizza, colds mini quiches platter of cold sliced meats and some nice slices of baguette, pizza or cheese and vegemite puff pastry pinwheels, scones with jam and cream, cold chicken pieces, a bowl of cookies, some bakery brought flavoured twists cut up.
All which could be done the day before/store brought and put on platters ready to pull out of fridge and serve.
Hope that helps with some ideas.

It is time to delegate a little bit! I had DD's party on the weekend, we had 20 adults and 17 kids and that was enough.
Can you ask 3 family members or good friends to do one thing each, like a zucchini slice, a sweet slice and a fruit plate or things like it. I did 3 loaves of bread for sandwiches and they were all eaten so you will need at least 5, unless you have heaps of other things (I did chicken/celery/almond/mayo and dijon mustard; roast pumpkin and feta; ham cheese and tomato relish sandwiches.
Don't try and be a supermum, I wore myself out doing too much!
