Cramping at 16 wks preg

I had a bad fall down my stairs about a week ago. I have been having cramps ever since. Is this normal at 16 wks or is it due to my fall? I am really worried that something more serious is going on. I have a Dr's app. tomorrow and I'm very anxious and concerned about bub.

I'm sorry I don't have any advice for you but :fingerscrossed: for tomorrow. They say that the baby is really well cushioned in the womb so I hope everything shows up fine at the doctor.

It can be common to have cramps in PG, I have had them all along thru my pregnancy and I still get them.
However, if they only started since the fall then that could be the reason. However, the baby is well protected inside the uterus surrounded by all that amnio fluid, so most likely he/she will be fine. You have done the right thing by making a Dr's appt for tomorrow, they will probably do an U/S to check all is ok.
Try not to worry and rest with your feet up as much as possible.

Go and see your OB.

It is common to have cramps. I had them all the way through. Like growing pains.

But do get it checked out. :hugs:
