how many presents for 3 and half

just wondering how many present did your child have to open when they were 3 and half. my dd is this age and dont wanna go overboard.

mik is four and a half this year she is getting a dolls house from us, a bike from santa and then a stocking with stocking fillers from santa as well. She wil open that stuff here then have more at mums, but we are not doing it all at once as it is too much for her and she gets stresed

Lucas will be almost 3.5 and we are getting him:

- Kids digital camera
- Books
- Remote control tarantula
- Skateboard
- Small stocking stuffers like stamps, pens, colouring books etc...

DD will be 4 (plus 1 week) and she is getting a stocking with some strawberry shortcake bits, and a few lollies, and a lipgloss or something similar. Plus a couple of books 2 more strawberry shortkake sets then stuff for preschool- bag, lunchbox, library bag and then some swimmers cause she needs new ones so I figured she might as well get to unwrap them.

She had a few bits in her stocking, clothing and shoes and togs as well as a dinosaur and some bubbles. She also got a memory game that year and a swing set.

From other people she got clothes, shoes and hats, a beach towel, a dinosaur, a hand bag with a purse that had $5 in it, and a couple of DVDs.

Colouring books and pencils are always good too, or even a sketch book and pencils for free drawing. Or some bath stuff.

DD will be 3.5 and I got her
-toy story digital camera (so she stops taking photos on my phone lol!!)
- about four board games.
-colouring in books and a faber castle connector pens set thing.
- summer clothes
-goggles/floaties and a kick board.
-a new towel and she will have a stocking with some homemade chocolates, candy canes, hair ties, hair clips etc.

so do you think 3/4/5 presents to open plus a stocking isnt overboard? I already have the gifts on laybuy (thank u toysales lol) now just got to decide what to give her for xmas whatevers left im going to keep for her birthday in june (as theres not much toy stock out her bdays 1wks before toysales start and the shelves are always empty)
