Hello to everyone :wave:

My name is Helen from WA and I'm new to this site.

I'm presently going thru a rough patch since loosing my little boy at 20 weeks gestation- I was advised to terminate my pregnancy due to medical complications.

I'd love to hear from ladies who have experienced what I have or something similar, and how they coped with their loss.

Thank you all for your caring thoughts, and welcoming me to the site.

It's such a great feeling to know there are people like yourselves, out there, who care and will offer support.

My DH and DD (19mths) have been my strength during this difficult time, and I am blessed to have them in my life.

Hello Helen

Welcome to bub hub. It is wonderful that you have happened upon us at such a difficult time. I have lost two bubbas from the belly but in very different circumstances - all losses are hard but some such as yours just seem awful

A couple of things that I wanted to say in reference to your post

First of all - *puts moderators hat on* To all you girls that have replied here Well Done, much obvious love and support and that is so much what this forum is about. (of course its about more than just love and support but you know what i mean!)

And to you Helen - this is such a sensitive issue. I would encourage you to start a thread on it in the grief and loss section. There are alot of viewers of this forum and they don't always frequent the intro section. Just be aware that upon occassion there are people on chat sites such as this with extreme views (often they only join up to put in two bobs worth - not our residents, they are ALL gorgeous!) - if you come across such things in relation to this issue don't let it worry you. There will be a moderator not far away who won't tolerate posts of that nature.
