I'm hopeless at making anything out on ultrasounds and I'm not even sure that you can tell from this picture, but does anyone want to take a stab at guessing this baby's sex from his/her nub?

I'm not sure I'm seeing the nub on your pic, but it could be girly. Don't quote me on it though! :D
