I have second baby on the way my ds will be 18months when new bub comes along I was looking at twin prams but I feel they will be to wide for most shopping checkout ailse etc.. I also need the pram for walking as well as i usually have to walk to the shops that is why i am interested in the tandem 3 wheelers, have heard the baby love is not so good, but I have found Jane Powertwin 3 wheeler tandem on ebay but have not been able to locate it in any bub stores in sydney, if anyone has seen or tried the pram i would love some feedback, as there is little available out there.

I don't know anything about this one but i was in the same boat as you. 18m old and new born also had to do heaps of walking as did not have a car (still don't) I invested in the Phil & Teds E3 buggy. It was the best thing i have ever brought!!:smiliedance:

The kids LOVE it. DS still fits and can sleep in the back when he needs to, or he can sit up and watch everything going past. I love the fact that if we are out all day and DD falls asleep she has head and neck support in her seat too. Its not just a tack on seat it is a proper seat.

Everyone i know comments what a great pram as it is the same size as a regular 3 wheeler just with 2 seats.

I can't rave or recommend this buggy highly enough. I strongly encourage you to consider it.

Thanks for your relpy:)
few questions- how do you cope with no space for shopping and you can't really hang anything off handle either, do you have to cart a backpack around with you everywhere.

I thought these looked great so researched a bit more and discovered they can only hold 15kg per seat... 15kg is really not much!!

If you are located in Sydney I have discovered a website: mybabywarehouse.com.au the store has two Sydney locations (I think Lansdale and Leichardt). They have the Jane Powertwin and the Baby Love Tribute Jogger. I have not contacted them - so do not know any more than what is printed on their site. Unfortunately there are no prices on the site.
Hope this is of some help. I am also expecting number two.
