You can get a suspension however the problem ppl have found is when you get towards the bottom of the bottle it may not be as effective ;)

It's a personal preference as to which is better ;)

^^ ditto to gypsy ...

Ds now opens his mouth when he sees the syringe ...

He used to be all over the place on suspension, we'd have a good week with each new bottle then he'd be back to his horrible refluxy ways ...

My DD is on the suspension and we can definitly tell the difference when we get to the bottom of the bottle! Tablets are meant to be much better

:iagree:Definitely tablets. Dissolve with a little water in a syringe. Now my DS2 is older, I just pop it straight in his mouth and he sucks on it til it dissolves.

If you can try to space it out 30mins before feed, this works well for us. You should notice a difference in a week, and a big difference in 2-3 weeks. Things might get worse before they get better.

Losec & the like cam take up to 2 weeks before you notice a difference.

Best way to get it in is with warm water in a nurophen syringe. Open the syringe, put the tablet in, put the plunger back in & draw up warm water. Doesn't matter how much water you use just make sure that all granules are gone.
