Are u taking ur vitamins 4 bf

I am just wondering whether you still continue to take your pregnancy vitamins after the birth for Lactation? I am on elevit and they are quite expensive maybe I should switch to a cheaper brand after the birth? I plan on breastfeeding for 12 months so I just wonder how important taking your vitamins is?

I'm still taking the Balckmore's pregnancy and breastfeeding formula.

I'm also taking 6000mg of fish oil per day, as I was advised to do so, because DS has bad eczema, and he will get it throught the breastmilk.

I think the most important thing is to eat well - and trust me, there'll be no problem keeping up the food intake during BFing!! I am ravenously hungry some days, it's quite alarming.
I take an Executive B vitamin supplement, it's got all I need in it, and it helps combat fatigue too.
