I am so sick of trying for a second baby, I had a miscarriage at the start of the year, even though the pregnancy wasn't planned I was still upset (well I still am, but I am doing a bit better) it just seems like a chore sometimes. Are there any tricks that work to get pregnant (specicific foods we should or shouldn't be eating?) it justs seems so frusterating at times.

Do you have a regular cycle? Do you use opk's? Do you chart temps? If you have an irregular cycle and are not charting maybe try and do this. Charting can very accurately pinpoint when you O. Or try opk's they work well with a regular cycle. Also try preseed lubricant might have problems with your cm being to hostile, this helps with that. Then theres the myth about raising your hips after intercourse for 20 mins. I think. Lots of herbs will help do the trick to. I have heard alot of good things about Vitex. I know how fustrating it can be. I have always said it is all about timing. If you don't know for sure when you O it will be harder. Good luck and hope we see Bfp's soon!!

Hey,
Dont give up :hugs:
My partner and i have been trying for the past three months and although that isnt that long we were giving up. So last month instead of being serious about getting pregnant we put that behind us and just fooled around and had fun  (no stressing about trying to get preg) And well yesterday i did a test and it was a BFP.
I know how hard it can be when you M/C. Ive had 2 before, but dont let that stop you. (Just think of it as it wasnt meant to be and there could have been something wrong with the baby)
So just Fool around  stress free and see if anything happens :fingerscrossed:

HI  I know how you feel ... it can be very frustrating. I have been off the pill since December and still no luck. I am going to have a 21-day blood test next Tuesday to check my hormone levels and then I am off to see a herbalist. I have tired every vitamin supplement for ttc, joined a gym, given up caffeine etc - but no miracle yet. I really hope you do not have to wait too much longer for your BFP :hugs:

If your cycle is regular try OPK's, get DP to take zinc supplements daily. This helped us, we only BD'd on the ovulating days and it only took us 4 months, this was after 2 m/c's.

Hey there

I know exactly how u feel  . I have thought of giving up but i know that i want a baby so much and just have to keep trying. It's so hard when you m/c but just remember that u have been preg before and it will happen again.
I have given up caffine and am drinking rasapberry leaf tea, Green tea taking folate, multivitiman and macca powder and have my hubby on Zinc and the macca as well (gosh thats alot to list)
Just keep at it, i believe things happen for a reason, (why i wish i knew) But dont give up, i hope you get that BFP soon :hugs:
