I'v pinched a nerve in my back any pain relief suggestions

I would normally use nurofen to reduce any inflamation but have had to stick to the heat bag which is easing the pain while I have it on my back but after about 20 minutes i'm in agony again.

I'm still in my first trimester too so hoping it doesn't keep happening throughout my preg
Any ideas would be great :)

Personally I would be straight off to see a physio. I have pinched nerves in my neck and back a few times and a physio can provide drug free relief.
