I'm was so excited I had to share :)
For the last 18 months since DS was born DH and I have tried just about everything with no joy, until now!
The other week my BIL's girlfriend, who works in a healthfood store brought over a bar of goats milk soap, saying it would help with DS's eczema. Naturally I was dubious, but agreed to try it anyway (mostly to appease her lol) and chucked it in the shower.
A few days later I was watching DS play and thought something looked odd. I sat there scratching my head for a while an then it hit me, DS had clear skin!
Just days before his exzema has been dry and breeding from him scratching it, and then it was gone.
Seeing this, I too started using the goats milk soap, just to see if it really was the cause for DS's sudden cure. I also suffered with eczema, though a much milder case, and sure enough it cleared up almost immediately!

We have continued to use the goats milk soap and have remained eczema free in the weeks since, even through the change of seasons!
As I said, I have been very excited so I just had to share :)

Thats fantastic news :) what brand was it? I have tried nearly everything now for my 17month old..so might have to give that a go..What moisturizer do you use afterwards?

I dont know what brand, it was just a bar... but it is rectangular and cream/really light brown color.
I don't use any moisturiser after, just the soap in the shower/bath. Weird huh :)
If you ask at a healthfood store they should know what your talking about.
Good luck :D

Brand doesn't matter. The good thing is any bar of authentic goat's milk soap will work. It's great isn't it?!

Makes us worse, like some kind of allergy :o DS and me both come out with big rashes, have tried a number of different brands.

Glad it works for you though, that's awesome

We use it here. It doesn't clear it up but I can use it to clean DD2 without flaring DD1 up in the same bath. Sometimes it takes forever to find what works for your LO, well done :yelclap:

I've used the Billie Baby Soap as well - for myself ive been using the regular Billie Goat soap softwash (hand & body wash?)
The baby soap version also has the Vitamin E - works a treat :)

So glad you found something that finally works for you :yelclap:

It didn't work for us here sadly. I have recently ordered a hazelwood necklace from Canada and it is fantastic!!! DS2 hasn't had any eczema since wearing it, and I am the biggest sceptic of all
