My little boy has an ongoing diarrhoea (spelling??) problem for a week. I've been to the doctor and had a stool sample done - no parasites or blood, thank goodness. I've tried weeding out anything that might be food related. I still haven't found the cause of it. Any ideas? The diarrhoea is soft and very smelly - when Spencer is poo-ing there is lots of gurgling and wind. Thanks.

When my daughter was about 10mths she got diarrhoea which lasted several weeks. Like you we took her to the Dr and tests revealed nothing out of the ordinary and the Dr told us it was most likely a virus. A few weeks later she was back to normal.
Hope your little one gets better soon

Thanks, Rell. That's reassuring. Hopefully, it'll clear up soon.

Hi Jacqui (love the new pic of Spencer.... too cute!)

Is Spencer teething? Max has had a dose of the runs too, and I'm sure it's not food related. I read somewhere that this can happen when a tooth is about to pop through. Just a thought.

Hi Cathy - we wondered whether it was related to teething too but I think the nappy-filling has been too frequent and too explosive for it to be caused by teething.

I like the photo too - actually, now that Max has had his head shaved, he and Spencer are starting to look like twins :D

Ewww, that doesn't sound too good. I hope Spencer recovers soon. What a bummer. Sorry, silly sense of humour.

Hey, they are looking really similar. Isn't that cute. Max's hair is growing already - I'll have to update the avatar regularly at this rate.
