Try looking in Ninemsn's recipe Finder... they have a large variety of Fruit flans..
Just go to www.ninemsn.com.au in the left hand navigation menu select 'health and lifestly' then 'recipe finder' .. then theres a search box half way down on the left, type in fruit flan.. and the list will come up
(some of the recipes wont be flans because it runs a search on anything containing the word fruit and flan - but there are some good ones there)

It depends on the type of fruit flan.
I know this isn't authenitc but I like to get a sponge flan case (Woolworths but you need to hunt it down a little), fill it with peaches and strawberries and cover the top with cooled, but not set jelly. YUM.
The custard ones? I don't have one off hand but I remember seeing one in a recipe book of mine. I'll have a look tonight.
