Question about partner and CS

I have a 6 week old DS, and DS and I live by ourselves. I have a DP (NOT DS biological father though) but we don't live together.

My Q is: Does me having a partner whom I don't live with (but might stay at his house 2 maybe 3 mights week) affect CS payments/rules?

CSA hasn't asked me about my current relationship status - do I need to volunteer this information? I don't want to get into trouble if it 'comes out' later on that I have a boyfriend, but don't live together.

It's good for them to know you have a partner but unless your living together, to them your technically single. As for the staying at his place a few times a week I wouldn't tell them, I mean your not living with him so I don't think they need to know iykwim, not 100% sure, I'd go in & ask about it maybe?

Its better to be upfront and honest than for someone to "dob" you in that they saw you were living together- it could all just be lies but then you will have to prove you dont live together. I would just let them know you have a bf but dont live together.
