View Full Version : Let down at gender scan :(

I feel so terrible starting this thread as i should be happy im preggas and bub is healthy but i was SO upset and let down at my scan yesterday!!!!
Im 19 weeks pregnant and i went for my scan yesterday, bubs is healthy and growning well... BUT had its legs closed and back towards us when i wanted to know the gender!!!!

The only picture i got of bubs legs its not very clear but there maybe something there... Im going to early image (melbourne) tomorrow for another scan to see if they can find out... Im not getting my hopes up, in away i dont wanna go so i can avoid possible let down again...

Sorry for the crappy thread, il try get the leg picture up if anyone can comment would be nice!!!!!

First of all :hugs::hugs::hugs:

I had a gender scan done at Early Image when I was 16wks. My bub was very co-operative and flashed his bits at every opportunity :laughing: The staff were lovely and it's policy to get you back another day if they can't confirm gender that time. If you're worried, take some chocolate to eat before you go in or get a slurpee from a service station, I find both makes my bubba go crazy! :thumbsup: Good luck!

Hi thanks... I have been to early image with DS but not for a gender scan i got the 30 week thing!!!!
Thanks for the tips, i be eating a lot of sugar and drinking ice cold drinks before i go in just as long as it doesnt get to excited and turn away again!

its hard to say by that pic but if i was to guess i would say girl
