View Full Version : What's your favourite thing about being in your 20's?
My favourite thing is being able to dress myself up to look 20+ and being able to dress myself down to look like a teenager to my advantage!

Not being in my 80's!!!!!
Hmm...all my friends are starting to reach the age of having babies and getting married and stuff. MOST of my friends that are my age don't have kids.

Best thing for me is being able to be a trendy somewhat fashionable mother while still looking hot and young and not embarrassing my kids by beinga "tryhard" because of my age we can pull it off
I like that I can still get away with being stupid sometimes.
Also, the fact that I am 26 but people think I am 22. Yay!

I just love seeing some peoples reaction when I tell them that I am 24.

ppl not looking at u as a little kids or a teenager anymore(even though i still feel like 1).. and im not old..lol
I love my 20's! Nothing specific, but so far they've been pretty good to me! But then hopefully the older you get the better life becomes:fingerscrossed:
Um my favorite thing... Being independant. Living out of home and creating my own life with my fiance - not relying on my parents and not needing to ask for handouts (even though siblings in their 30's still do).
I like being able to dictate what happens in my own life and not having to live by anyone elses rules - totally different than being a teen!

I am more confident in my decisions and I know what I want in life. I'm gaining credibility professionally and am no longer viewed as an irresponsible "youngen". I imagine this just gets better well into your thirties!

Being independent :yelclap:
Some chick in a store the other day asked why I wasn't in school  I think I need to dress a bit older!

Cheezelkat - that's hilarious! I was always so embarrassed when I checked a customer's ID and they ended up being older than me.
I love this stage in my life because I've accomplished (or about to) all of my major life goals. I'll be a doctor, have a husband, and have started a family before I'm 25. Then I can just lay back, relax, and enjoy what I have for the rest of my life. :smiliedance: I am very content at the moment!

I cant think of any real specifics but I LOVE being 21, it seems to be the age all my older friends wish they were. Everything is great.. I've only been in my '20's'for 18 months and in that time I've had my 3rd/our 4th bub, got engaged and will be getting married just days before my 22nd and starting to TTC #5 as well! Gee 8.5 more years of my 20's to go, I can only imagine its going to get better and better :D Oh and we moved into our own home, got a snazzy new car.. gee.... bring it on! :D
