Hi all,
I like to use fresh Garlic in food but i hate pealing it...it takes me forever.
How do you peal ur Garlic.? Do you cut or press it?

i give it a little squash under the knife blade first then peel and chop/slice/grate whatever.
I get a clove of garlic and with the side of the knife I press and squash it flat. The skin comes off quite easily - then I chop it up into little pieces.

Yep I bash my garlic too! LOL If I am roasting it - I don't even bother to take the skin off.

Ditto. I top and tail it, then squash it flat - just mind your hand if you are using the flat of a knife.
Although it cost me a small fortune, the best garlic press I've ever bought was one from Tupperware. It is easy to use (ie. good leverage to crush the cloves) and opens up nice and wide for cleaning.

put the cloves in the microwave for a few seconds and they will slide right off.
