hearing my pulse?

For the past week i have been hearing my heartbeating and its so loud, i thought it was someones bass from music and closed all the windows and doors and realised its my pulse i can hear...

Since then its happend at least 6 times a day.

I have also noticed that my eyes sometimes flicker to my pulse too.
The other day when the pumping was happening in my ears i had a vein on the side of my neck that i could feel throbbing..

Im 24 weeks pregnant. Could this be high blood pressure?

I tested my blood pressure today at work (i want hearing / seeing anything at the time) and it was a little high.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated
