hiii :)
i babysit in brighton on a weekly basis :) just wondering if there were any parks around i could take them to? we usually go for walks in the pram but havent found a park as of yet,... obviously its got to be walking distance haha :)

ask his parents for his car seat and go down to shorncliffe near the pier. there is a park right there that coop absolutely adores.

hi bec :) i dont know if i would be comofrtable driving someone elses kid around... not because of my driving but others haha.. dunno if the parents would either thats why im trying to find some close parks to walk too :) dont mind walking for half an hour or so either i just dont no the suburb well so wouldnt know where to walk haha !!

Do they live near the beach? There are two along the beach front but the best one is the one bec mentioned at shorncliff. Other then the beach parks I don't think there are any decent ones.

yeah pretty close to beach i tryed walking along onefor about 40 mins and found no park haha may have to try walking the other way !!

If you want to pm the street they live in I can tell you which way to walk, I live in Brighton aswell. :-)

wonder how far away her place is to mine coz if your walking distance, you could always visit me but also thats fair enough about the driving thing.

Look up Brisbane city council on net they have all the parks in Brisbane with google maps included

Hey there! I live in Brighton, and there's a couple that spring to mind...there's one on Baskerville St, which is quite close to Bracken Ridge Rd - also has a big grassy area to run around. Also one on the corner of Queens Pde and Gladstone St. Also down at the water front near the pool. And it's also not too far to Dowse Lagoon, which has a playground on the Brighton Rd side. Hope this helps!
