My fussy toddler seems to like mostly plain things, when ever i try and make something fancy she just screws her nose up.

At the moment her fav's are: :chef:
Boiled egg cut up
scrambled egg with a bit of tomato
cut up potato's baked (like chips)
stir fry noodles, so i try and sneak some vegies in with hoisin sauce
for lunch i make little salads with things like: cucumber, cut up piece of ham, cubes of cheese, 1 or 2 cherry tomatoes and maybe half a piece of buttered bread, that way she can pick at easy.

Now i say at the moment, because she probably won't eat any of these things next week  (not really funny actually - it can be quite frustrating!)

Good Luck, hopefully someone will be able to help with some more suggestions. :)

when i used to babysit my friends child she would never eat her vegies for her mum or anyone. she like noodles so i pureed vegies made them smooth and creamy and pour over top noodles she thought it was fantastic and soon learned to love vegies

My ds is a fussy eater also and i went searching the net for ideas. i came across www.best (http://www.best) recipes.com.au. they have a vegetable pancake and cheesy vegetable muffin recipe that he loves.i also use this site for most of our meals now and it is free to join. they also have a forum like this one to ask for any ideas.:smiliedance:
