my DH has been FIFO to karratha WA since last december, we're in brisbane (me and 2yr old DD)
well he works for FILs company, FIL does the same roster as DH too and now FIL has just sent him to barrow island to do a job on his own which means i wont see him for up to 8 weeks at a time! im really cross that FIL sent DH and didnt go himself because we have a kid, only been married 2 yrs this is a very important time in our realtionship and he keeps sending him further away!!! i need him!!
im scared when he gets back im not gonna know him, we always fight when hes on r&r because im used to living like a single mum im just so over it.
noone knows how hard it is and im sick of people whinging at me when their partners go away for a night for work or something i just wanna scream!! i cant handle it im scared we will split when this is all over and he comes back for good.
he doesnt get it either he misses us but the way he sees it is work before anything else, gotta prove yourself thats the way his yobbo father brought him up grrrrr god im OVER IT!
