has anybody had hernias while they were pregnant & did they cause probs in end of pregnancy or labour?

ive probably had my main one for years [so over did the physical work as a teen:eek: trying to prove myself] but it really popped out after my first pregnancy... then i was pregnant only 3 months later & picking bub up etc & by the end of second pregnancy i have at least 1 more [little] one nearby...

i had an umbilical hernia when i was a baby - though they told my mother it would go away by the age of 2 aaaaand by my 6th birthday, they were pretty convinced it wasnt going away..

the weird note here is my youngest [who is soooo me all over, body/mind/spirit] has one in the Exact same location as my major one
-about an inch above navel- & he also had 3 surgeries over his first 2 years for hydroceles /turned hernia/bla bla bla & when the surgeon was in there he said he has never seen anything like his inner tissue... he said it was like wet tissue paper that just would not hold any stitch etc... which is why he had 3 surgeries btw, & we were then told he will never touch our son again because he doesnt want to do more damage than there already is......
aaaaanyway, my point is, im worried my belly is of the same sort of tissue, because i am absolutely certain i have another new hernia [tiiiiny as] today... but its so small i cant access it to push it back in...
this is something i have to constantly do with my others to stop them jambing etc...

:ecomcity: :ecomcity:
so i could go on for days,
but basically wanting to hear of anyone elses experience of hernias etc

thanx for listening to my epic:)
