Nappy rash + eczema + MCN's GAAH!!!

So what can i put on DS's nappy rash, that won't ruin his MCN's, and won't flare up his eczema? :hair:

The only thing that seems to clear it and not cause flare ups is sudocreme, and i've actually used it twice with an MCN and i know i shouldn't.

ATM i've got him bare bummed and he's about to go into a sposie and some sudocreme cuz I'm not sure what else to use. Would a powder be ok? like cornflour or curash?

anyone? I might just have to leave him in sposies till it clears, and at the rate i changed him today my bin will be full by tomorrow! :(

Hydrozole has always been effective for us, and it's fine with MCN's.

You can use any powders they will work fine with MCN. I liked Paw Paw Ointment and that was my preferred nappy rash treatment. But different things work for different ppl ;)

Ive use both hydro & sudo on MCN's without any issues

Hydrozole sounds a bit full on- is it by prescription?
The sudocreme wouldn't wash off the mcn's.

You might have to try strip washing them quite a few times ;)
