How old was bubs when you weaned them of the breast and how did you do it?

Hi,

My children weaned themselves, 1 at 3ish years old and 2 at 15ish months.

I practice full term breastfeeding (WHO recommends 6 months exclusively then to 2 years incorporating family foods) My children gradually gave up breastfeeding under their own steam with out any encouragement from me. I dont use bottles, and they have all suck feeds from the breast if they want to drink anything else its from a cup.

The dude self weaned about 2 weeks ago, just after turning one.
