Good info links on Ovulation and the Menstraul Cycle

Thought I would post links to two documents I recently found while Googling... One is all about Ovulation and detecting it and the other is about the Menstraul Cycle in general, I found this one particularly helpful to easily understand what each hormone does at what stage of the cycle...
