:chef: I just thought that I would share a recipe that I made this week that Sam LOVES.
(I know, it has some sugar...:o )
1 and a half cups SR flour
1/2 cup light brown or raw sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup Muesli and Apple Cereal
110g jar of apples (I used pears)
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup canola oil
1 egg
1 - 2 tablespoons sultanas
sift flour and cinnamon, add sugar and muesli.
Beat milk, egg and oil together separately and then add to dry ingredients
Add apples and sultanas.
Stir until just mixed
Spoon into muffin tin/patty cases.
Cook at 190 for approx 15 minutes.
Suitable for freezing.
