I'm not sure where I should be putting this post but I will start with this section and see how I go.

Every Thursday my little boy has swimming lessons. He is now 10.5 months and he started when he was 6 months old. He loves his lessons and is doing well. The only problem is that every Thursday night since we started he has been unsettled in the night. He goes to bed without any troubles but wakes during the night and is very hard to get back to sleep. The most noticable thing is that he seems extremely windy and fluffs non-stop! This seems to start in the afternoon and continues well into the night. I have assumed he has a pain in his tummy and this is what is waking him. Last night I resorted to sticking him in the bath at 1:30am and a relaxing massage after which he fell asleep by 2am.

Has anyone had this happen or anything similar? What did you do to relieve it? Is there something I can give him before bed that might help him through the night?

Thanks,

Tan

I agree with ATD-FAH, he is probably taking in too much water. While he is swimming, burp him. At our swimming lessons, if they submerge, or have rolled in the water, we burp them afterwards. You could try doing that throughout the lesson. Otherwise, not so sure. The babe goes to lessons at 8am in the morning, is there a chance that you could change the time to early morning to try and prevent Will from having a bad night.
Nice name too, that is the babe's name!
