Well we are all systems go for TTC in November (YAY!!!) but I would like to make sure my diet is OK before I get pregnant. I recently became a vegetarian and just want to make sure I am getting all the nutrients I need, and find out if I should be taking extra supplements, etc. I was going to see a GP but I'm not sure how supportive they'd be or if they know enough. So can anyone recommend a good dietician / nutritionist / naturopath / etc who could help me? Thanks!! I am leaning more towards a naturopath because I have a few other things I would like to sort out too. Spanks!! :)

Hi there,
I will get back to you on this-hopefully tomorrow. I'll get a few references for you from some of my friends as you aren't too far from me. I'll see what I can do for you.
I have seen this guy http://www.homeopathiccentre.com.au/about.htm and he was absolutely fantastic.
I would definately recommend him. Let me know if you want any more info. :)

I went to fertile ground - they do all sorts of natural therapies and are all specialised in fertility. I can recommend them pretty highly, as I was pg after 3 months with only one functional fallopian tube!
