Keys For Kids

My daughter LuLu is obsessed with keys. I couldn't tell you how many times I've gone to go out and can't find my car keys. Anyway my Mum went tinto a key cutting place and asked if they had any spare keys and they gave her a bag of them. So if like me your going insane loking for keys try your luck at a shop like Mr Minit so they can have there own keys.

It is a good idea, but are the side of the keys where they are cut sharp?
If so could they cut their mouths open on them at all?

I had a collection of old keys I kept as part of my teaching resources. I attached them to an old key ring and my daughter loves them. When we go out I say "where's your bag and keys?". She puts her keys in her little bag, bag over the shoulder and off we go, just like mummy!

haven't been on here forever but just had to say thanks you are a legend! my little girl is key obsessed and we have so many screaming matches for keys as dp says no way after ds1 threw them in the bin when playing with them and after turning the house upside down we had to empty the wheelie bin and yep there they were!

Glad this thread got bumped up :D Summer is another one obsessed with keys. I will be asking next time i walk past there :yes: then hopefully we won have anymore key dramas at our place. Thanks for the great idea :thumbsup:
