Im in gladstone.. about an hour away from you.. i dont really know what it is like to have them in rocky, as i had all mine in gladstone BUT it must be pretty good coz i hear quite a few ladies choose to travel up there to give birth.
Not sure if its because its really good or if it because they dont like the gladstone hospital
Anyways good luck!!

I gave birth in Rocky in December. The midwives & the doctors were great during delivery & the midwives were really helpful later (being a first timer, I had no idea what I was doing!). The delivery suite was pretty average but not intimidating. The ward was a typical hospital ward. What Rockhampton hospital lacks in charm is made up for by the staff. Good luck!
