Afternoon all,

All seems to be going well up here in the Adelaide hills. SWMBO has decided that she doesn't like Smiths Crinkle Cut Salt and Vinegar Crisps anymore (funny how the last half a bag disappeared at breakfast time...). Fortunately the cravings for KFC weren't so bad that I had to drive an hour round trip to get some!

Anyway, given the minefield that is pregnancy for a dad-to-be, I thought it might be worth recommending a book that we got for me recently. The book is "Pregnancy for Men" by Mark Woods and it's currently available from Book Depository for $15 delivered, or $32 delivered from Angus and Robertson

I've been reading through it for a couple of weeks now and can't rave about it enough. It's written by a bloke, for blokes and even has the odd fart joke :D It's not written from a medical or technical point of view but the advice given seems to be fairly accurate going by what I've seen so far and what SWMBO has told me.

Right, time to see what this evening's craving is. Stay safe out there.

Cheers

SYB

Hi Scott,

Can you post the author's name or the book's ISBN if you get a chance?

Thanks

My husband like "You're pregnant too, Mate!". I didn't read it but he said it was quite helpful to him in regards to understanding it all.

Hi guys.

Hey Swimmy, your book sounds like it could be worth a read. There isn't a lot around specifically for Fathers. A little, but not a great deal.

I'm currently into the early pages of "Fathers Raising Daughters" by Nigel Latta. isbn:978-1-8695-787-9. Obviously set up for us guys who have recently "given birth" to daughters like me. Erin is a whole 6 weeks old now and doing very well.

Cheers and kindest regards to all.
