Toddler probs!!!

Hi all 1st of all ill just say aidan my son is 2 1/2 who has hes own room and big boys bed he doesnt nap of a day time any more and hasnt been for about 3 months. anyways he will wake up a few afters after going to bed and 1,cry 2, call out for us or 3, gets out of hes own bed and come and gets in bed with me, as my hubby needs a good nights sleep he starts work at 5am we dont sleep with each other aidans bed time is 7:00 pm and he wakes up any time after 9:30pm gets in to bed with me and then we get up any time after 6:30am what can i do to get him to sleep by himself?

I am going to watch for replies as we have the same prob with 20mnth old she wakes anytime aftre 11pm and then i bring her in with us and she spends the rest of the night there, I would love to have our bed back to ourselves as she kicks us all night long
