Fertility Statue

Hey Ladies,

Just thought i'd share this with you.

My mum gave me a Fertility Statue of "Mother Nature" for my b'day (can you tell she wants to be a granny alread).
So thought i would post a pic of her and hope she can bring you some luck!!

Thanks tara-jane... I might make it my screen saver at home :D anything to hurry things along!!! Don't they say there is a fertility statue at Ripley's believe it or not on the coast? Might have to go and rub its tummy too!

Hey Tara Jane!

Thats so funny! Was it just your bday? Is this the first month of TTC that your touched the statue???

I ask because when we started TTC my son I touched and had a pic taken with a fertility statue at Ripleys believe it or not museum in Cavill Ave Surfers Paradise and the very next month I was pregnant. It was our first month of trying so not sure if that helped or were just lucky but I read some letters there that said some women had tried for 5 yrs with no success and touched the statue, become pregnant the following month!

Hi Leanne - no this is our 5th Cycle of TTC, and my b'day was 26/07 - but yes this is the first cycle with the statue.

Last period was on 18/07 so its come just in time for this cycle.

Hope it can bring luck to everyone!

That statue looks like the body DS has left me with so I might just rub my belly and see if its goodluck, either that or book a trip to Surfers :rolleyes:

TJ- Trust the statue they do work,

I bought one back from NZ with me about 8 years ago cause I thought it looked cool, Hey presto I have my 7 year old son. (conceived very unexpectedly.) - I then gave it to my sister as a wedding pressie and bang honeymoon baby for her, She then leant it to one of her friends who had been TTC for 3 years - amazingly she got preggers, The friend gave it to my cousin to give back to my sister - my cousin only had it at her house for less than a week but 9 months later she had a daughter. - It then went back in my sisters closet for a few years but she got it out again in October last year - She gave birth to my little niece 2 weeks ago.

NOTE TO SELF- GET THAT FERTILITY DOLL BACK.
