Ok so we want to have another baby. The plan was that our lease was up on our place early oct and we were going to move to something bigger if not nicer.
Looking at the rentals atm and i dont think its going to happen. As much as we both hate the place we are in atm we really dont wanna pay $400pw it just seems so much.
We are in a 3x1 atm but its quite small so if we did have another the boys would have to share which would mean bunk beds in a small room already, plus we just brought DS1 a new bed. I know we could look again in 6months when lease is up but again there might not be anything.
What would you do? Stay in a place and have another bub or just wait (although i dont want to cause there will already be a big age gap)
Im so torn HELP:hair:

Ummmm....I'd do it!
This baby was very much wanted but is arriving about a year too early! :o
So after about 4-6 months in our room, our two boys will have to share bunks in a teeny tiny bedroom....
We are renting a very small 3 bed house as we are saving to buy.
A baby just overrides everything, this baby has completely changed our plans (me working/living with parents to save etc etc etc) But we wouldn't change it for the WORLD!

WOW fast reply thanks.
And thats exactly what i wanted to here:yes: Im ment to already be pg but things didnt work out so i guess if i already was then it would of been to bad and we would have had to sort things out anyway.
Hey :)
We faced a similar dilemma, we were in a 3 by 2 townhouse, whilst it was lovely and modern and easy maintainable we knew it wouldn't be a long-term option with us wanting 4 children. We're currently at the inlaws but will be getting our own place within the next few months and i've been keeping an eye on the rentals around, seem to be ranging from anywhere between $300-$400pw but we're hoping for a 4 by 2, nicely kept.
Our 2 girls share a room and I love it that way, so when we do move we will have 2 new rooms, hopefully 1 will soon be occupied with another new baby :)
So I got the girls matching big beds, even though DD2 isn't in hers yet.
I'd say go for it, what area are u in atm? Is it a possiblity to search other area's near by that have a slightly lower rental price pw?

I say go for it with another bub and worry about the housing situation later down the track. You deserve to be able to have the family you want. I understand what you mean about the rental costs though. Our current rental is $55 more per week than our last house but for us, it is worth it.

Lydia-maree- We are in noranda atm and paying $310pw but have a feeling they will be putting it up. My DS1 goes to school in beechboro so was wanting to get round there but not looking good. I found one in Kiara for $390 4x2 and looks so nice. Everything else looks like crap i cant believe how much they can charge for crap.
Anyway this one is open tomorrow so might go along an have a look and if im totally in love ill apply.
Christmas gets really busy work wise so just thinking bout storing some money away just incase things get tight when the work dies down. I know we will be fine. We have done it alot worse than we are atm and still survied and we have happy & healthy kids thats all that matters.
Def gonna give it another shot, and cant wait. Thanks girls xx
