Baths when TTC

Hi All

When you are TTC should you avoid baths altogether, or just hot ones? :confused:

I read somewhere that when you are pregnant, you shouldn't have a bath hotter than 39 degrees. But what about when you are TTC? :confused:

the reason you should not have really hot baths or spas when you are pregnant is because of temperature regulation. Your baby cant controll temps, so relies on you to do so. Your temp is already a bit higher when pregnant, so a hot bath where you might have trouble cooling down is not recomended.

but ttc.... i really would not worry. if you are maybe just enjoy one a little less hot? If you end up pregnant, it is soooo tiny i dont think it would really hurt.
