DD1 has an allergist appointment next week. I want to get her tested for the common food allergies and possibly also environmental ones. Can I just get them to test her for everything??!!

The last time she was tested, they only did milk and peanuts, which I requested, so I am assuming this time they will only test for what I request. She is CMPI and we suspect sesame too, and she won't touch eggs...

I'm just unsure of how it actually works...

We've tested for milk, dust mites, fleas, cat, dog, 3 different grasses & something else.

did you request those tests or were they offered? And were the trips allergic to 'something else' cos i think dd1 has that too!

All were standard except milk, but was only part of the milk not the whole milk. Make sense?

Only DD1 & DS have has tests done & came back clear, DD2 hasnt been well enough & will have to wait till October now. We have a funny feeling that she'll have a decent list.

Are you getting the skin p rick tests done?

If I remember which was about 4 years ago they did tests for common allergens such as nuts, eggs, grass, dust mites. sorry can't remember for what else.
