Totally photo shopped/taken at a trick photo angle.

He is on the sand in the background/flat surface and the photo is zoomed in and cropped.
Also see that he shorts are wet and none of the ergo is wet even though the waist strap is overlapping on his shorts.

Still stupid to insinuate the situation.
